Digital Products
Future Form currently sells digital fitness, wellness, habit-building, and educational resources. Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout.
Because digital products are accessible immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final once the download link, file, or access instructions have been delivered.
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake and contact us promptly.
- You were charged incorrectly.
- You purchased duplicate copies by mistake.
- You did not receive access to your digital product due to a technical issue.
- The file or download link does not work and we are unable to resolve the issue.
To request help with a digital order, contact support@futureform.store with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short explanation of the issue.
Digital Download Access Issues
If you have trouble accessing your digital product, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the file or resend the download information when appropriate.
Digital products are delivered through the store’s digital delivery setup. Please check your inbox, spam folder, and the email address used at checkout before contacting support.
Fitness, Wellness, and Educational Content
Future Form products are fitness, wellness, habit-building, and educational resources. Results are not guaranteed. Purchasing a digital product does not create a coaching, medical, therapeutic, or professional services relationship.
Refunds will not be issued because a customer did not complete the program, did not achieve a specific result, changed their mind after accessing the product, or decided the product was no longer needed.
Physical Products and Apparel
Future Form may offer branded apparel or physical merchandise in the future.
For physical products, return eligibility may depend on the item type, condition, fulfillment provider, and whether the item was made to order.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, physical products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and requested for return within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items that are final sale, made to order, custom printed, downloaded, used, worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical item, contact support@futureform.store within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, payment method, or Shopify payment processing timelines.
Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
Cancellations
Digital orders usually cannot be cancelled after the download link, file, or access instructions have been delivered.
Physical product orders may not be cancellable once they have entered fulfillment, production, or shipment.
